Spike Alerts — Get notified by email or SMS the moment your institution sees a sudden spike in high-risk calls or voice mismatches, so you can react before fraud patterns escalate. A new Notifications page in your dashboard lets each user opt in and choose which alerts they want to receive.

High-risk flag on unassigned calls — Calls flagged as high-risk by Pindrop's device analysis are now marked correctly even when no member has been assigned yet, so unassigned calls show up in your high-risk reports where you'd expect them.

"Not Assigned High Risk Calls" tile — Clicking the tile on the Phone Calls report now correctly shows unassigned high-risk calls instead of returning the assigned list.
