- New AI Access — connect your own AI tools to your data — You can now securely connect AI assistants like Claude or Cursor to your institution's Confirm data. From the new AI Access page, grant access with a guided consent step and then ask plain-language questions such as “how many high-risk calls did we get last week?” Access is read-only and scoped to your institution only.
- New Self-service Payments setup — A new step-by-step onboarding wizard lets your institution enroll to accept payments on its own, with no back-and-forth paperwork. The wizard walks you through enrollment and gets your account ready to take payments.

- Improved Tailored onboarding for partners & reseller institutions — Setup now adapts to your institution type, showing only the steps and features that apply to you so the onboarding experience is simpler and more relevant.
- Improved Smarter spike alerts — Spike alerts for high-risk and voice-mismatch activity can now require a minimum number of events before they fire, so lower-volume institutions get fewer false alarms.
- Improved Clearer Payments setup messaging — If payments aren't yet enabled for your institution, the setup wizard now shows a clear, friendly message instead of a generic error.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed A member's date of birth could occasionally display one day off depending on time zone. It now always shows the correct date.
- Fixed The verification screen now refreshes correctly right after you send or validate a one-time passcode.
