New Features
- New Deepfake & synthetic-voice detection — Confirm now uses voice-liveness analysis to spot calls where the audio is likely a cloned, deepfaked, or pre-recorded voice rather than a live person. When a call's audio looks artificial, the validation screen turns Red so your agents know to follow their high-risk procedure — even when there is no existing voice print to compare against. As an added safeguard, a voice that fails this check is never enrolled, so a synthetic voice can't be saved and reused on future calls.
- New Background noise won't raise a false alarm — The new detection is built to ignore ordinary ambient sound. A TV, radio, or other background noise on the caller's end will not flag the call as high-risk — only audio that genuinely appears synthetic or recorded does.
