New Features
- New SSO-only sign-in — Institutions can now require staff to sign in through their identity provider (Google or Microsoft) and turn off password logins entirely. When this is on, anyone who tries to use a password is clearly told to sign in with SSO instead.
- New In-branch call-queue protection — Branch staff who use the member lookup as an in-person tool will no longer accidentally pick up a queued phone call and attach it to the member in front of them. You control which agents take calls from the queue, with an institution-wide default and a bulk editor to update many agents at once.
Improvements
- Improved Searchable call reports — The Call Reports page now lets you search by phone number, member name, account or serial number, and Voice ID, and the list scrolls continuously so you can keep browsing without paging.
- Improved All member phone numbers recognized — Members who call from a number saved as Home, Work, or another non-mobile type are now matched to their record automatically, instead of only mobile numbers. We still send one-time passcodes by text to mobile numbers only.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Fixed the Acknowledge button on the supervisor dashboard's Alerts panel, which had stopped working.
- Fixed Resolved an error that could occur when assigning a member to an interaction, so saving now works reliably.
- Fixed Service and integration accounts now keep their password sign-in at institutions that have switched to SSO-only, so automated connections aren't locked out.
