Improvements
- Improved Activity history is now grouped by day — Member and call activity used to read as one long list with a full date and time stamped on every single row. Those entries are now gathered under day headings — Today, Yesterday, then the date — with each row showing just the time. It is far quicker to see what happened on a given day, both on the Activity tab in the Agent Console and in the activity view you get when you click a phone number on a call report. Days are grouped in your own local time, and scrolling back through older activity keeps the headings in order.
- Improved You’ll now hear back on Call ID allow-list requests — When you ask us to allow-list a trusted caller’s number, the agent who filed the request now gets an email as soon as we finish reviewing it — whether the number was added, the request was declined, or a number you asked us to remove has been taken back off. No more filing a request and waiting without word. Our team is also alerted to new requests automatically, so nothing sits in the queue unnoticed.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Agents who sign in through your institution’s single sign-on can now set their availability in the Agent Console. Previously those accounts hit an error when changing status, were skipped when calls were routed, and did not appear in supervisor or administrator agent lists. Existing single sign-on accounts have been corrected automatically — there is nothing to redo on your side.
- Fixed Opening Settings → Configuration → Email Configuration no longer raises an error for institutions that have not set up a custom sending domain. The page always displayed correctly, but the error was being reported in the background on every visit.
