Improvements
- Improved A faster, more focused Supervisor alert feed — The Alerts panel now shows your 50 most recent open alerts along with a running total of everything still outstanding. The Supervisor screen stays quick and responsive even when thousands of alerts have piled up.
- Improved Acknowledge every alert at once — A new option clears your whole alert backlog in a single click, and you can limit it to one alert type if you only want to clear long-wait notices. No more acknowledging alerts one at a time.
- Improved Alerts tidy themselves up — Open alerts older than 24 hours are now archived automatically, and a waiting interaction is only alerted on once instead of being re-flagged every hour. Acknowledged alerts stay acknowledged rather than reappearing a minute later.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Ending a call for a member your core has flagged as restricted (for example “Do Not Transact”) no longer fails. The call is now marked as ended normally.
- Fixed Occasional dropped connections while looking up member information in Corelation Keystone are now retried automatically, so member lookups no longer fail intermittently.
