Improvements
- Improved Plain-English activity history — The Activity tab now describes what happened in everyday language instead of internal system codes. Entries like “Call ended”, “Text message verification sent” and “Security questions answered” replace the abbreviated labels agents used to see, and every type of activity is now covered.
- Improved Fewer false alarms on core connectivity — Core connection monitoring now waits for several consecutive failed checks before raising an alert, so a momentary blip on your core no longer generates noise.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Leaving the Agent Console no longer strands an interaction — Previously, only “Close interaction” fully released a member interaction. Exiting the call center or opening a new member from your core could leave the prior interaction open and still assigned to the agent, so they were reattached to a stale interaction when they returned. Interactions are now released correctly however an agent leaves, while genuinely live interactions stay untouched.
- Fixed Verification results not recorded on the core — If a network interruption stopped a verification result from being written back to your core, it could be reported as saved when it had not been. These writes are now retried, and the result reported to the agent is accurate.
- Fixed Who opened a member record — Activity entries now correctly identify the agent who opened a member record when their account has no display name on file.
