Improvements
- Improved Laying the groundwork for loan payments on Keystone — We’ve added support for posting loan payments to the Keystone (Corelation) core, in preparation for an upcoming Payments release. Once available, payments will post directly to the member’s loan on your core. Nothing changes for your team yet.
- Improved Payments onboarding adapts to your processor — The Payments onboarding wizard now tailors its steps to your institution’s payment processor, including document uploads and a check for missing information before an application is submitted.
- Improved Faster member lookups on Symitar — Confirm now reuses its connections to Symitar rather than setting up a new one for every request, making member lookups quicker and more consistent, especially during busy periods.
- Improved Account sync no longer slows down lookups — The weekly account sync now picks up every change since it last ran and is kept within safe limits, so large syncs complete reliably without affecting member lookups for your agents.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Keystone session timeouts — When a session with the Keystone core expired, member lookups could fail with an error. Confirm now reconnects automatically and completes the lookup.
- Fixed Incoming calls held up by a slow core — If your core was slow or briefly unreachable, matching an incoming caller to a member could stall for well over a minute. Confirm now stops waiting after a reasonable time and continues handling the call.
- Fixed Occasional errors opening a member — Opening a member’s available actions could occasionally fail with an error when two requests for the same member arrived at the same moment. Both requests now succeed.
